In most cases, Naheed Zafar is a Data Processor, by acting on Clients' instructions. The Clients are generally speaking, the Data Controller, who determine the purpose of the data and the means. Therefore please contact the Controller of their own privacy and cookies policy to establish the types of data collected, how this information is used and retained. 

In certain circumstances, Naheed Zafar is the Data Controller. This includes when we provide HR consultancy services and also, our landlord eviction services. In these situations, Naheed Zafar is the said Controller and therefore our privacy policy is applicable. 

Our privacy policy outlines in accordance with UK GDPR, types of data that we collect and hold about you. This includes information relating to our own Clients and third parties for the sole purpose of providing us with instructions.
