Naheed Aslam worked as a Lawyer from 2007-2020 for leading commercial law firms and Government departments (including Ministry of Justice and the UK Space Agency) and in other roles including County Court Advocate, Magistrates' Legal Adviser, Policy Manager and Law Costs Draftsman. She brings 14 years of experience and has represented both professional and lay Clients before moving to HR, diversity and inclusion in recent years.

Naheed has experience of HR drafting, advising and supporting employers and is keen to encourage a diverse and wellbeing focused workforce for her Clients. Naheed lives with two disabilities and feels it is important to raise awareness of disability support in the workplace, as there is still more work to be done to make workplaces more diverse and inclusive.

Naheed also provides legal drafting assistance to landlords with tenant eviction court proceedings. She has attended hundreds of possession hearings and other civil litigation hearings across the UK for leading Solicitors, having gained a reputation for being a tenacious and knowledgeable Advocate. Naheed can draft your claim form and particulars of claim along with the court hearing bundle and arrange an advocate to attend the hearing. Naheed's understanding of tenant eviction law is outstanding and she can provide support with paperwork to make it easier for the Clients to bring court proceedings against tenants, as Litigants in Persons (self-representation). This will provide a cost effective alternative solution to using a Solicitors firm, which will normally involve extortionate legal fees.

Naheed is from Manchester and studied her Law Degree LLB (Hons) and postgraduate diploma at Manchester Metropolitan University. She was called to the bar of England and Wales at the Inner Temple in July, 2010 achieving 70% in the post graduate Diploma known as the Bar Vocational Course and gained the highest mark for the legal opinion writing module. Naheed has also completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Guildford in 2019.

Naheed also provides diversity and inclusion, disability awareness and wellbeing in the workplace corporate training to employers.
